Omnichain Review

I like how it's easy to set up, you can customize your own website as well! The dashboard is not so intuitive or user friendly. It took me 3 attempts before i could get my first page of products online. Also, there's no way to change your logo without contacting support. The Omni team is very responsive, quick with communication & always willing/able answer questions or concerns we have about their product! They're not afraid of asking for feedback nor do they hesitate when it comes time give suggestions in order improve our workflows within your platform as well expand upon new features you'd like included into future releases - which has been huge!! Their focus on the customer experience is very clear. It's so important that I can't think of anything I dislike about them. They do a great job of listening to their customers and delivering a great product. We've used them for omnichain and omnichain for retailers.
