Great for cutting rugs

I needed a way to iron the small seams when assembling the quilt blocks. This was sent by God and easily fits into my travel sewing tote.

Should be offered as 2 packs! :)

I bought this in 2015 and somehow noticed the email "Please rate your purchase" now in July 2020! Well, better late than never, right? This tool is AMAZING! Perfect size for my paper projects. My only complaint would be that it has to be sold in two packs. I use it at home and also take it with me to every embroidery and guild meeting. If I had a second one I wouldn't worry about accidentally forgetting to pack it!

Absolutely awesome

Perfect size I could have on the coffee table along with my clover iron. If I need to trim a hat band or just touch up a bit, I don't bother bringing my entire ironing board and iron. When I first got my clover iron I found that it was so hot it could burn almost anything it was resting on. Now I have a small cutting board and a small ironing board next to each other so I can leave the iron on while I work. I would give five stars if the cutting board had grid lines.

Misleading Claims Mesh Cutting Mat

Large size for travel, pressure pads, ideal for limited space/accessibility for sewing, small projects rather than going to the ironing board for frequent ironing. However, it is not stable at all when used on your knees and is slippery on most surfaces. No grid cutting mat is advertised just a blank canvas which I really need as I could work without additional measuring tools. Extremely misleading to note that it comes without mesh. Should be ahead. In addition, frequent opening weakens the…

Great useful tool

I loved using the Omnigrid 7" x 7" Mini Foldaway and Press so I decided to buy one for myself and order a second one for another friend. It's so easy and convenient to use the pressure plate (with my mini steam iron) on one side and the cutting mat on the other for smaller projects, especially when I'm taking a lesson; so easy to transport. I can leave small blocks on an open mat, then fold and press on a small velcro to keep it closed. I don't know why it took me so long to get such a useful…
