Great remote option when working in software development

The platform is intuitive for our team that has experience with different platforms as well as having an excellent customer service support. I like most how they have developed their system based on what we need or looking for. It's good that everything works together and is automated which saves time but it's also very expensive because there are not many companies out there that do this (as far as i know). So if you're thinking about hiring someone remotely you should give them a try first…

Flexibility while keeping organized

I like that my clients are able to communicate with us without having an office or physical space where we could be located at any given time. It's been great not being tied down by working from home sometimes for long periods of time and then suddenly needing to come into work when needed! Having our own business has its downsides but one thing that is nice about this type of environment is flexibility within working hours which can make things more flexible than some larger organizations…

Pros
  • Being able to do all your jobs from anywhere, anytime! There's no longer a time when we are required to do everything from an office if we don't want to

  • It seems like it would be easier if we could communicate face to face for the client when dealing with certain issues and matters

Excellent Account Management & Service

Our first experience with Omnipresent was working directly for their VP Global Operations. They are very detail oriented and very professional and seem genuinely invested in helping us succeed! I wish we had worked for them years ago! It's been fantastic to work together as colleagues instead of just contacts from afar. I cannot think of anything that they do well or poorly! Their whole team is top notch (even with all the moving parts)! There were definitely some transitions during our tenure…
