Helps with making better decisions when it comes down time tracking

I like that we are able to see all of our accounts in one place at once. This is something that has been difficult for us as most of our customers have many different accounts spread out between multiple systems. It would be great if there were more integrations available to allow us to pull data from other platforms into Omnivex Moxie. Our biggest problem right now is not having access to the correct customer's account information so we're unable to follow up or deliver service faster than…

Easy Integration with Multiple Sources

The ease of use - being able to easily pull in external data sources that are not part of our Salesforce instance was extremely helpful! It is easy for new users as well experienced ones alike. We were using some tools prior to this but some were very clunky and complicated so we did have problems getting things working smoothly between multiple people within an organization. This has been resolved through their integration into Salesforce which helps us get more done at work during those peak…
