Fantastic, quick and easy to use kitchen gadget. However, I later saw the exact same item on another website for 1/3 the price and it wasn't even on sale.

This mandolin came with no instructions for use. My son got it from QVC which came with a user manual with instructions and a set of recipe cards. I don't know how to use this product.

Cooking is my hobby. This item is great and very easy to use. I cut 5 sweet potatoes in a record-breaking 3 minutes. It takes a lot longer with a knife than with this one. However, you must read the instructions for the different cuts. If not, good luck.

My first few times using this got me thinking a bit as I learned to 'win' cutting depth BUT I can say I have overall really enjoy using it, i have the best julienned carrots and potatoes out of any mandoline i have used.

Mandolins scare me, there are too many accidents on reality TV so I came across this chopper on YouTube thanks to Crazy Russian Hacker. Cuts potatoes and sweet potatoes perfectly, even, thin slices. I have all the skin on my hands!

Hey! Buy this! You will forever regret not having it. I think this thing can even do secret ninja things at night while you sleep! But really! And if you cut your finger off with it, you're special. It keeps your pinky knuckles secure and out of the way of the blade. In addition, different types of slices and thicknesses are manufactured.
