This item worked great right out of the box. It has all the buttons to control my Sony TV like input source, volume, aspect ratio, etc. and requires no programming.

This product did not live up to expectations and I have returned it for almost three weeks but still have not received my money back so I do not recommend buying this product and I would not I will deal with this seller again

This universal remote control does not work with my Sony Bravia KDL 37 m3000. I believe the TV is only 2007 but yesterday I got my remote control, put the batteries in and followed the instructions, it didn't work with my TV at all.

This is the BEST! I put the batteries in, pointed to the TV and turned it on. And everything worked! Wonderful! Incidentally, our Sony Bravio was a Christmas present from our children in 2008. Works exactly like my remote control, which is original. We should have bought these a few remotes ago.
