The reason for my 2 star rating is that the fabric covering the metal ring at the top has discolored after just one use, so it's not stainless steel. I will no longer be using these filters to brew tea.

Ideal for coffee, tea and all types of drinks and food that require straining. Nothing goes through! So far it's holding up well, no rust. I will definitely be buying more in the near future.
