Buyer Warning! for bedspreads

This is just a bedspread, not a real bed as shown in the picture. I came asking for a return and they took 30% of the cost of the item to return it!

This suede pet pillow cover does not include a pillow, only the cover.

Case looks nice but I was expecting a comfortable pet liner/pillow. You can see it in the photo and I don't see where it says the insert is not included. Very disappointed. The website does not indicate which pillow will fit or offer any suggestions on where to find one.
