The integration with the email client and the mobile app is very well done. It's a great platform to manage your emails and have them synced across devices. I would like to see a few more features added to the mobile app. I also wish the platform was open source. I would like to see an open source version of Onet. This software is great! It's very easy to use even if you're not tech savvy - it has all of your contacts in one place so that they are accessible with just 1 click or tap. I like how this service also allows me access from my computer as well which can sometimes be difficult without having an app (especially when using mobile). I like that it has all of my contacts in one secure place so when i have to input an address or phone number into something else (like our CRM) there is no need anymore! Plus being able to sync with other devices makes life easier as well because now we can keep track more easily without having multiple copies around!! The best thing about this is that it lets me send messages to my clients via WhatsApp, Facebook messenger or any other social media platforms. It also allows me to send bulk emails using its auto-responder feature. I don't like how sometimes the app lags and freezes when sending a message.
