Attaching an LED strip to just one fan blade will cause serious vibration problems. Out of the box, it vibrates enough to shake it out of the USB port. This thing is really cool. It's more novelty than anything, but I've found that I really enjoy having it connected to my computer. In general I like the clock/fan. This is a great topic of conversation as it gets people's attention, for better or worse, but they will stop and ask. The time is displayed well and the fan power is enough to stir up the air around you.
