I had no problems

This works well for me and I find it very sensitive. It was easy to set up and still works, which is a must if you don't have a garage.

Sturdy and easy to use

Solid construction and very easy to use. Download and install the app for the proximity sensor. No fiddling with the key! Just walk up to us with your phone in your pocket and press the button.

Loud and insensitive

Works well when it works. Sometimes it may require some movement to trigger the alarm. There are no customization settings in the app. Seems to be a complete blockage. I use it as a second line of defense. I also tie my bike to a pole.

Occasionally good for alarm systems and protection against theft

I like the concept. But I'm having trouble with it sometimes getting disconnected when trying to uninstall, which is very annoying. Having your phone handy will prevent this from happening, but I don't always drive with my phone. And it really annoys me when people set their own alarm clock, I don't want to be one of those people.

Alarm does not work when bluetooth pairing is active

I will need more time to evaluate this as I have some concerns. I've used disc brakes on my bike before and really liked the feel. This blocking has some advantages, but they can also be disadvantages. It will pair with your phone's Bluetooth and will mute once paired (you still have to press the button on the lock itself to unlock it). I liked this feature because with other similar locks that aren't Bluetooth, you run the risk of setting off a shrill alarm sound if you don't put the key in…
