Clear Sound, Easy Setup

I purchased this breakout stereo headphone for my Electronics project and was quite happy with its clear sound quality. The setup was simple and hassle-free. However, the cable length could be longer. Overall, a great addition to my Electronics accessories collection.

Pros
  • Easy to connect to Arduino board and use with digital audio projects.
Cons
  • Requires basic knowledge of programming and soldering to properly integrate into a project.

A great way to connect an RGB LED to an Arduino project

I was looking for a good way to connect an RGB LED so that it could be quickly plugged in/ can be removed. Using a TRRS 3.5mm audio jack is ideal, and the pre-soldered pins make it very handy during the prototyping phase.

Pros
  • Size: 17*12mm/0.6*0.5in

Just what my audio project needed

I was happy to discover that there is something similar. When they arrived and allowed me to hook up different speakers, amps, and boosted speakers, I was even happier. If you're experienced with line-level audio, you know it's prone to impedance mismatch, which causes hum. The solution, as always, is to twist all connections back and forth until the conductor contact improves, in breadboard design also jumpers.

Pros
  • This breakout board makes it easy to add a TRRS connector to your prototype or project by routing each conductor to a standard 0.1" pitch connector.
Cons
  • vulgarity
