I use this product to play music and audio books from my phone. Plugs in easily and is very loud. While the charge is low, the volume drops sharply and refuses to rise until the speaker is recharged. The problem I've found with this speaker is that sometimes it's difficult to turn up the volume even when the speaker is still 90% charged. THIS SPEAKER IS MY BEST FRIEND! I ordered it last March because my old (non-oontz) speaker just broke. I was on a tight budget and was suspicious of this speaker because of the price. I'M SO WRONG!
