This phone is great! I love it! I bought it so we could have a rotary phone to use if the power went out. Works great, sounds great and looks great! Telephone cords look like old-fashioned fabric cords, and they really are! I highly recommend!

God what a great purchase. I live in an old Victorian house and this specimen is exactly what I was looking for. The disk set works. Also includes a looong chord. Worth every penny. Delivery takes a little time but the quality is worth it.

This item is for decoration only and we are very happy with the result. However, I'm sure if it could be used as a phone it would be a great device too. My kids are intrigued by the idea of connecting their phone to a place in the house and had a blast with it. :)

I am very happy with this phone. I bought a Gossip Bench a few weeks ago thinking I'm getting a vintage rotary phone. We've been using this phone every day since day one and it works flawlessly and the ringtone sounds like a real bell. Its appearance is the same as the picture and the sound at both ends is very clear. Worth every penny!

It's difficult to make calls on a landline with my hearing aids because the speaker and microphone on "normal" phones are too close together. This phone solves the problem by separating the speaker and microphone. I keep a regular desk phone next to the candlestick so I can use it for tone dialing or use the memory of a modern phone to dial if I'm in a hurry.
