Being able to build bots with your own domain and custom data is great. We were able to build our bot in a very short amount of time. There are some things that they could improve upon. I would like to see more tutorials for new users. Also, having all of the code and files from the console available for download would be helpful. The best thing about Opla is its flexibility. The platform allows us to easily customize our chatbot to suit our needs. The UI is also quite easy to use. The features are also quite robust. One of the best feature is the ability to have multiple chatbots running in parallel. This makes it quite easy to handle multiple chatbots and increase our user engagement.
