Bought on 15th July, worked great and now it's 3rd August (18 days later) and already stopped working, no oil leaks just lights and buzzing. garbage

I can say that it worked well for several days. I read reviews that it stopped producing vapor after a few days and yes it did. I used very refined oils, I cleaned it very well and washed the shark as suggested, it helped for a while but again there was no steam or smell, not sure if I got any contamination or reviews, It's true that it's only short-lived

Purchased on 11/25/2018. Today 19.01 stopped working. I use it sparingly so I just tried the oils that came with the kit - there shouldn't be any problems with the oils. I've tried both deep cleaning and regular cleaning and nothing seems to work. The device can no longer be switched on. Disappointed that it failed just before Revain's return window.
