Counterfeit toothbrush on electric toothbrushes

Toothbrush looks fake compared to the one I bought at Costco. The red light will not come on if you brush too hard and will now not hold a charge. The battery started to work for about a week, then it dwindled to two days between charges in the first three weeks, and now after about six weeks of ownership it won't hold a charge at all. We only needed one more toothbrush, so we didn't buy a two-pack from Costco. It's a piece of junk compared to our other Costco models and we wore them out before

Pros
  • Removes 300% more plaque at gum line than a regular manual toothbrush
Cons
  • No insurance

Excellent condition works great

I was nervous ordering this having seen previous reviewers experience of receiving a very used product but luckily the item came in one sealed tamper evident box and was obviously new. Plug in the charger and let it charge fully before using it for the first time and it's been great! I will say that it has a very strong pulse and was a little more intense than I expected, but it reassured me that I wouldn't be pushing too hard and hurting my gum line. Definitely happy with this product!

Very uncomfortable 'improvements'

I have been using Braun Oral B electric toothbrushes for many years and have always been very satisfied with them. When my last one died, I looked for a new one. They all seem "turbocharged" and so technologically "advanced" that it's like buying a car! I don't need a little pulsing timer to tell me when to change the area I'm cleaning and who the heck needs a Bluetooth connection? The worst thing for me is that the brush spins too fast and noisy! It's like having a circular saw in my mouth…

Perfect for all

There are 3 in my family. They all work perfectly and clean very well too. I have had such good experiences with this toothbrush after switching from the standard brush. The battery lasts me about a week and a half without a charger, at least about 20 uses per charge. Pretty good, the motor runs well but stalls after about 15 uses if you don't charge it. After using it for about 2 months I can say that the stubble has lasted and is almost indistinguishable from when I received it. Pros: Good…

A Boeing plane takes off in the mouth but cleans very well.

My dentist recommended that I switch from a Phillips Sonicare to an Oral B electric toothbrush for easier access to and around my back teeth. I've had a kind of Sonicare brush for 15 years now. I hesitated with the exchange. When the Oral B arrived I unpacked it and all went well. I washed the small head of the brush against it and decided to get to work immediately. I pressed the power button and I swear the rocket went into space - right in my head. That thing is LOUD! Much louder than the…
