I'm so impressed, I've tried other electric brushes and I also like the app. Heads flip out for easy swapping, great charging case with USB port for charging your phone or brushes whatever you need. I was so impressed I sent them to my adult children for Christmas I was so happy. worth your money.

REMEMBER this 9600 version is no more than 7000/8000! Save your money! I pre-ordered the 9600 thinking I'd cut a deal only to find out it's actually the same (7000) that I have now. I'm crazy! Was thinking of 8000 but stopped there and for some reason missed the review. I think it's too expensive just for that USB charging port (which charges your phone with just your cable) added to a travel case used from time to time. I was disappointed that the head storage (something that can be used on a daily basis; and I bought it separately to add to the already large amount) wasn't included as it was on this model, as was the case on the 8000. When I unpacked this toothbrush and looked at the handle, my first thought was that I was wrong. But after some research it turned out that the grip on this 9600 series is exactly the same as my 6000 series. Now this one comes with some other elements that aren't in the 6000, but I still don't normally use accessories. I only use the pen and the charging station for home use.
