The inside of this toothbrush has no bristles. Instead, it's an odd soft/rubber cushion. Also, the outer bristles (which I assume are for the gum line) are very stiff. Basically a non-ADA approved "toothbrush" that has no brush.

This pack is cheaper than your local store. overall win. Different people have different preferences for toothbrushes, but I think they are the only ones that really clean teeth thoroughly without putting any strain on gums. It even outperforms most electric toothbrushes I've used in the past. (Everything is under $20.) If you have a super expensive electric car, then obviously it will be better. But they can't be beat for the price.

I love these toothbrushes! If you like manual toothbrushes, I highly recommend them. They contain charcoal to clean your teeth. The head is flexible and the handle is long enough to reach the molars. I've had other toothbrushes in the past that didn't come out or clean, so these are great!

All photos show that it is a toothbrush with rubber bristles in the middle, also the picture on the packaging of the goods delivered. However, the brushes that came in the box do not match the photo. Very disappointing. I looked everywhere for the brushes shown in the photo and was thrilled to think I finally found them only to get something different.

I received the package and noticed that the clear plastic cover was no longer fully adhered to the paper backing. I didn't pay much attention to it as it could just be a shipping accident or something. However, after using the toothbrush for the first time, I noticed that the bristles are hard and scratch and cut the gums. I've been using the same brand and model (soft) for years but I didn't mind as I figured it was because it's just new. After a few days the bristles are still not softened…
