Very good system in terms tracking, storing & reporting

I like about this software was able to make reports within minutes as it's easy for my colleagues to use. Easy to customize report as well. It's an excellent tool if you're looking for one that allows you to have control over your process. One thing i dislike is the subscription model which we might need to cancel at anytime. Other than that everything works just fine so far. This product helps us to track data and get accurate results from them at once time thus saving me a lot of work. I like

Very User friendly and great customer service

I like how easy it was for me as an end user who never worked with this software before! It's very intuitive once you get used too - all your data can be found within one place which makes finding information easier than ever!! There aren't any downsides really at least not from my side but maybe there are some things we don’t know about yet? If anyone wants more info just ask us :) We use ORCANOS mostly because its so simple when searching through documents/files etc., also being able track…

  • Very fast search engine (great way find what i'm looking)
  • Ability To add comments in notes section, making them easily accessible again.
  • The ability that every file uploaded is automatically added into database without having someone log onto computer everyday manually adding files
