I was glad to get this, it's exactly the same as the original but later found out I could get it cheaper if I bought it as a part of the plastic knot it's in, which would save a lot of mess too! However, I am completely satisfied with the quality and the fast delivery.

They have a 10 year old Oreck which a teenager has been using for a number of years which means the idea of raising the floor in the first place is completely alien . The stock fan looked like it had been chewed up and the leaves were completely gone. Replaced fan - and it's like new! The swap takes 10 minutes - includes all parts and instructions and is a lot better than spending $300 on a new vacuum.

When I first received this I was wondering if it was an OEM Oreck product or a cheap copy. I installed it and it worked great for the first few weeks. Then, for no apparent reason, it exploded, rendering the vacuum cleaner completely unusable. Spend the extra money and order direct from Oreck so you know you're getting what's right. The little extra money you spend now will save you time, effort, money and frustration in the future.
