Works but lacks torque from lever

I like the 3/4 inch socket that fits nicely on the spark plug, but the metal rod you put in the hole doesn't have enough strength . Lever to loosen the spark plug so I had to use a longer screwdriver to apply enough force. Otherwise it worked fine on my lawnmower.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • So-so

Works but not very well

Fits well on the spark plug but the size isn't close enough. It's just a hair too big to slip off the fork's hex and get stuck in the fork, so you'll have to fight to get it loose. There is both a weakening and an aggravation. Cheap chinese junk, not recommended.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Almost never

Both sides are not drilled as shown in photo

This product does not match the picture. The pictures show holes punched on both ends of this wrench, allowing you to use both 3/4" and 13/16" sides. My wrench only came with holes punched on one side, making the 3/4" side unusable without drilling your own holes in it. Product before use if you need to use the 3/4" side.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

Can't get the spark plug out.

Not too happy because it's too short and not strong enough to loosen the spark plug. It's probably not the length. I had to order a longer version for my application. Otherwise it would be much easier to use. The material strength of this key is disappointing. Not strong enough to clamp the spark plug. Metals lost their 6-point bolt (polygon) shape and instead began to become round. This is probably normal for small engines like lawnmowers. But not ideal for cars. Including small microcars like

Pros
  • Sturdy construction

  • Not automatic

There is not enough room in the snow thrower to turn.

I tried it on my Craftsman snow blower. There is not enough clearance in the snow thrower because other parts of the machine are in the way. Work is also made more difficult at low temperatures. old, rusty spark plug. You have to wrestle and hit with a hammer to provide enough torque to get the job done. You should consider getting a ratchet socket bit. You may also need an extension cord if using a wrench. In the end I settled on a cobalt spark plug wrench (cost me about $5 at Lowes) and used…
