I've always wanted to try this brand but the price put me off. Finally I decided to take a chance. I also bought a matching conditioner. The shampoo comes in a small bottle. Has a hinged lid. I only used a small amount which was a lot. It lathers great and smells fantastic. The smell is perfumed but not overpowering and not strong. I followed with air conditioning. My hair is growing back brown/grey with bleached tips post Covid. The scalp is normal but the tips are a bit dry. This shampoo completely dried out my hair and the accompanying conditioner didn't help. The product just didn't work for my hair type. But the price seemed typical for a luxury shampoo and the smell was wonderful!

This is not the Oribe shampoo I know. I have compared it to the travel size I have and the colors are different - the product I purchased is clear, the travel size color is an ombre brown tint. Also, the product I bought from Revain is more runny in consistency and not as foamy as my travel size. DO NOT BUY. Ordered recently and found it no longer works. My hair was greasy and lifeless and used to be my favorite shampoo. Did a little research and found that Oribe reformulated it to remove sulfates. Sulfates are a great cleanser for oily hair. So basically this shampoo doesn't clean my hair anymore. Now I have a $46 garbage bottle. So if you have greasy hair I would not recommend this shampoo anymore.

Make sure you only buy from a trustworthy buyer. I've had great success with Oribe from real suppliers/salons but failed with Revain Services. I don't know if Revain Services is a group of nameless vendors or something but I spent a lot of money (dermatologist) to find out what happened to my scalp and hair because of this scam product.
