Working great. I have a stack of hard drives that have accumulated over the years and some of them I have forgotten what was on them. I just plug a hard drive into this device, plug it in, and then browse the content. The price was great and it came quickly.

This case is very nice, but the no-frills case is very easy to use and requires no screws. Just connect the hard drive, plug it into the SATA connector and close the case. Works very well and super fast transfer speed.

Works. The case is thin and holds my SSD just right. Time will tell if the quality will hold up. So far it has worked well on my Xbox x series as an external storage expansion. Speeds are where they should be, so don't worry. highlighted.

Well it looks like a good case. I was just trying to transfer about 200GB of data and it kept disconnecting the entire drive. Check the included USB cable to another external device with the same SSD and everything is fine. Apparently the chipset of my device is defective. Returned.

It should come with foam to avoid vibration. It's a small square block that won't even peel off the waxed paper backing. The drive moves inside the housing. I was hoping the included cushion would work and keep the drive stable while moving it. I will post an update the next time I backup this drive.

Reasonable price but cheap product. The fit and finish are good, although the upper is too tight. The included cable is 23 inches long - a bit short in my opinion. There's foam padding in the box that should absorb shock or maybe firm up the landing, but it's so thin and light I doubt it does anything other than get in the way. line - the truth does not work in all USB 3 ports.

Reliable cases at a good price and without an external power cable. USB A to USB C is also a nice feature in this price range. I had 1TB and 2TB hard drives that I wanted to turn into external drives. The cases are compact, both HDDs sit tight without moving. I transferred all my Xbox One games to one of the drives and was happy with the speed. There were no problems launching games from the hard drive.

The Crystal Disk label showed my SSD reaching 490MB/s reading and writing. I ran a stability/reliability test by copying over 240GB of files and confirming that the hashes are the same. All files copied without problems! Great case for your money!
