I had trouble screwing in the center because some parts were a bit bent so I had no choice but to push the parts together and screw on. The base was also uneven and would not lay flat even with a horse on it.

My mum really wanted this set, I got it for her birthday in November and recently when she started putting it together she found that she was missing parts. It was her fourth and first missing element. I can buy more but not from this company. She spent hours and hours putting it together only to find the pieces were missing. so disappointed

Nice product. Instructions are very difficult to follow. I sent it to my father as a gift. My father is a victim of Alshimers disease. He can still read and follow instructions and he has solved many 3D puzzles but he couldn't solve this one. Customer service was outstanding, I got new recommendations but they were the same as the puzzle. (No help). You can't go any further from here.

I bought three puzzles and thought they were all from 3D Crystal Puzzle. However, this was from a different company and my granddaughters were unable to assemble it as the parts were poorly made and just didn't fit together. This 3D Crystal Horse Puzzle was so much fun! For me (I'm 22 years old) it took a few hours. It was uncomfortable for a while, but comfortable. However, when I first received the package, I was very upset because there were no instructions inside. It wasn't until I split the pieces on the right side and tried to match one piece with everything that I realized the pieces didn't fit together in layers. A top fits the bottom.
