I should have read the reviews before buying

I bought this on a friend's recommendation but should have read the review and seen the pictures. I have contacted the sellers for a refund or a new product. Let's see how it goes. Very disappointed as I have only used it 4 times in less than a month. UPDATE: They refunded my purchase amount. Very happy about that.

Great coffee maker at Kitchen & Dining

The coffee is fantastic. The 3 cup version costs 3 espressos so it's perfect for me. I would recommend buying a larger one if you plan to serve multiple people. Between my Aeropress and my French Press, I can't drink any other coffee. In my opinion, a moka coffee maker is a great substitute for espresso. It might not be as well extracted, but it really does the job with better tasting products in my opinion. The Aeropress is faster and a great intermediate option between a mocap and a French…

Oh Bialetti, how I love you!

Love my little moka pot! Although it's not a real espresso, I still make a great cappuccino with it. Three cups are enough for two cappuccinos. I use 3 mugs for myself and bought 9 mugs to use when I have guests. On an electric stove, it can be cooked, warmed up and enjoyed in no time at all. I am experimenting with different coffees but so far my favorites are Starbucks Sumatra, Peets Domingo and Illy Moka. Some people complain about aluminum discoloration and a metallic taste. I don't have…

sand). I figured it's just because it was from the factory and the moka pot needed to be opened. However, after rinsing and drying the pot after use, I found that large chunks of aluminum inside the top were peeling off. half of the pot (see picture to the right of the edge of the hole). Beneath these flakes, the material looks like raw aluminum, which I don't want to touch with the planned coffee. I'm disappointed that this happened because the coffee he made was actually pretty good when…

***BEWARE! I got a FAKE!***

Words cannot describe how disappointed I am with this product (so congratulations! You gave me no choice but to write my first Amazon review !). I was so oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited to make my own espresso with this, but once I opened the package and started observing the product, I realized that it might not have been real Bialetti. The first big giveaway was the product label below where it should say .idk, full spelling and full logo?! So I started googling, went to the…

Love it! for coffee, tea and espresso

I bought this small kettle after spending many hours looking for espresso machines. I was about to buy a Breville machine, but after reading so many reviews, many not very good, and considering the price of high end machines, I decided I would give it a try. First impressions of the coffee - it was bitter like a BIG time. I had to read reviews, watch tutorials, read forums, etc. to FINALLY get a good cup of coffee. So for those who are still struggling, it is possible! I used room temperature…

I recently discovered how great mocha pot coffee can be when brewed with care and patience. I went with it after some research as many people claim that the original pot is still the best. I am very happy with my purchase and find it better than the cheap 1 cup I was experimenting with. With a little effort, this little pot can make great coffee. As someone who doesn't have the money or space for a full espresso machine, it's nice to be able to make such good coffee right on my stovetop…

Don't bother with the generics, spend a few bucks more

After buying or receiving several moka pots over the years, I finally bought a Bialetti. When I saw them in the "Market" stores they were always overpriced, but here at Revain the price was perfect. I was also able to get the real Italian version and not a third party version. After reading a little, real Bialetti are made in Italy. Nowhere else. The three-cup version is perfect for my daily morning dose. As far as function goes, compared to others I've had. The handle is more durable, for that
