The coffee is fantastic. The 3 cup version costs 3 espressos so it's perfect for me. I would recommend buying a larger one if you plan to serve multiple people. Between my Aeropress and my French Press, I can't drink any other coffee. In my opinion, a moka coffee maker is a great substitute for espresso. It might not be as well extracted, but it really does the job with better tasting products in my opinion. The Aeropress is faster and a great intermediate option between a mocap and a French press. Take the mocha pot. You will not regret it. Cons: It's made of aluminum, so it feels a bit cheap. The handle is plastic, which is a potential problem for a stovetop coffee maker; especially if you have a gas stove and bought a smaller pan; both refer to me.
