Original Samsung BN59 01259B Control BN5901259B Review

This item was listed as a "Original" replacement for the deleted model listed but it was NOT. The actual original remote was Bluetooth enabled, this remote was IR ONLY. Similar remote controls"only IR" are three times cheaper. Remote worked but 2 stars for misleading description and 200% markup.

Although this remote looks like a Samsung replacement, it does not meet the specifications of the Samsung Smart Remote. It does not have access to all Samsung TV features like channel guide. This remote works just like the $9 replacement remote. The label "Samsung" is misleading. item returned.

Fast delivery. I put some batteries in the remote control, pointed at the TV and it turned on immediately. I'm literally jumping for joy. I used Samsung's remote app for a while because I didn't want to spend money on something I wasn't sure would work. But hey, it's worth it.
