Fits me perfectly. I am 12.5 feet 6 inches tall. Large size fits perfectly. The durable metal zipper is a little difficult to get started, but stays where you put it. When you sit down, it also has a zipper that goes up. from below where needed. The pockets are very deep! The pocket flap is turned inside out, but tuck it in and you can tuck your hands in to keep warm.

This very light coat is so warm that I have to open it up or take it off while I'm in the store. But '9 inches outside is perfect even if you run for hours in 10-20 degrees cold. I'm taking off a star because I think the zipper could have been better - I have to do a bit of work sometimes to get the tab in place when packing and unpacking. For reference, my weight is 145 pounds and my height is 5 inches 9 inches, and size L fits me. The sleeves are long enough.

First they sent the big one when I ordered X small. Ok I ordered again expecting it to be my correct size this time and returned the large one. Well the second jacket was the right size but the green was NOT the same shade of green as the other one. Velvet material, just like the other. And to top it off! This jacket offers good value for money at a relatively reasonable price. However, it is larger, bulkier and plumper than it appears in the photos. The zip that can be pulled up or down is a useful feature as it conforms snugly to the body and you may need to unzip the bottom when seated.
