mop bucket is pretty cool. It's really nice to dip the mop in to soak and then dry. Unfortunately, it cannot dip in from both ends of the scrubber. One end of the mop remains dirty. It's not a deal breaker but I wish they would change the design of the mop.

Mop pad is perfect for a mop but after a few uses it doesn't fit anymore. It started tearing where it attaches to the mop and the velcro started to come loose. I don't know how long the system will last. I bought at least 3 of these and they all lost their shape and couldn't be used with the Oshang mop I bought.

Because of the loud squeaking from the first mop, the company sent me a replacement mop head. I tried the replacement pad on a new mop head and it immediately snapped the tabs. Either the squeegee head or the pad is defective. I like this idea but am very disappointed with the durability. Too picky and fragile. Great idea, bad execution. Very disappointed.

I love my Oshang mop and was happy to see that the replacement nozzles were so cheap. I simply rinse my pads with hot water, squeeze them into a bucket and hang them to dry. Machine washing doesn't seem necessary, but it's nice to know I can do it if needed. Now I have additional elements to rotate. I use striped on my ceramic tiles and smooth on my LVT. Very happy with this wiper system.

The system as a whole is amazing, almost magical. However, the main ingredient in this magic mop is the pad, and the pad sucks! I mean it cleans great! The design of the loops that attach the pad to the mop's nozzle is practically useless. Used one of these pads 1 time and it broke. Another lasted a week or 2! Without loops for fastening, it is impossible to use the holes for washing and mopping with a bucket! They just bundle up. This system would have given 5 stars if the pads hadn't broke so

All of my four mops broke where they were supposed to be attached to the mop after a few uses. I contacted the company about this and they just sent me 2 mop heads. They said that the mop heads needed to be changed every 3 months. This should have been mentioned in the product description. That's ridiculous. So bad for the environment. I love the cleaning power of this mop. It gets the job done much better than the mop I used before. This mop allows me to clean the surface instead of just walking on it. The result is a clean floor. It takes a little more effort than a rope wiper, but that's because it does the job better. The design of the mop bucket is original. I'm in Naples Florida. I have read and received dozens of messages about this and other similar products. One review said to skip the cheapest and invest in Oshang. I did and my first reaction is very positive. After vacuuming, I used it to clean solid maple wood floors upstairs and thinner wood floors downstairs. It worked great.
