Good gauges for sizing

I've needed these for a while. I am very impressed with the quality and so far every item I have tested has been close to accurate (within a few thousand). Highly recommended.

Arts, Crafts & Wiring Required

This gift was well received by a family member who is interested in beadwork and has the wire needed to make jewelry and other holiday crafts. This turned out to be very valuable and helpful. For the price, the build quality is excellent, intuitive to use and simply good value for money as it will inevitably be used for other projects around the home. This is a rare example of a universal taster that is almost indispensable.

If you wire or weld, you should have them.

I've run many DC cables on vintage motorcycles and other sport vehicles and wired my RV complete with battery pack, inverter, solar panels and controller, marine switches and tires and welding cables 2/0 but I've never had a wire gauge. I am also welding more and more and always focus on metal gauges. Is 18 gauge thicker or thinner than 16 gauge? What is the maximum wire size that will fit this DINSE connector? Now I finally know. It's worth a few bucks to hang over a bench in a store.
