Love the stools! The directions were straight. The color will be a little different when illuminated, but that's not the point. Even computer monitor colors vary. The seats are light gray. They go great with my updated kitchen. I can't wait for my family to start using them!

Instructions a bit confusing. It's easier to just assemble and disassemble when you're mechanically inclined. Bad quality control. Out of the box with no damage. This was ordered as a replacement for the stool, which was missing the threaded bushings pressed into the wood to drive the bolts.

I like the stool. The color has a slightly greenish tint. The problem occurred during the build process. On the first stool, the holes in the metal base did not match. I had to widen the hole a little over 1/4 inch. With the second stool, four of the six holes had to be sealed. I had to widen the middle two by more than 1/8" and drill two new holes for the ones on the end. Aside from mounting issues, quality is good.

These bar stools are of excellent quality and I recommend this item. The stool took about 15 minutes to assemble and the instructions were easy. All holes match and are very strong. This item arrived in just two days and was well packaged. The color of the wood seems to have a green-grey cast but goes well with my dark green countertop. Exceeded my expectations, especially for the price.

I had to believe the other reviews when they said the chair was green. I was only expecting a slight tint, but no. All four chairs are olive green with touches of grey. The seller must necessarily change the description. Easy to assemble and you can cut the time in half with a 4mm hex bit and a 1/4" ratchet. Even less so with a seat and driver for legs and seat. We also painted the tacky gold bolts black where they are visible on the footrests. Looked much better but still GREEN!

I almost didn't order it based on some negative reviews but my experience is just the opposite. These are really good bar stools, I'm 69 and was able to put them together but it took a while. They are strong, comfortable and heavy. Soft seat suits my grown butt. I don't know why everyone has green because there is no green on this chair. Very easy to assemble. It took about an hour I think, but I took my time. There are about 18 screws that can be screwed in with an allen wrench, but they are very strong and turn well. It took a bit of fiddling to line up all the holes, but I love the end product! My bar is 42 inches and the chair height is 30 inches. Perfect! I love her!
