🪑 Contemporary Comfort: Explore the OSP Home Furnishings Oakley Mid-Century Modern Bucket Chair in Cream Review

I'm not sure if it's the height, material or overall design of this chair, but it's one of the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever sat on. I originally bought it to use as a writing chair in my home office, but it's too big (I know I should have measured it before buying) so I use it as an accent chair. It looks really cool but is not very soft/comfortable, feels like sitting on a rock shaped chair. The Flintstones would agree.

I bought this chair for my new WFH setup and was expecting it to be 'cream' as advertised, but personally the color is more grey. I would give 5 stars if the color lives up to expectations. In general, the purchase is satisfied. It was shipped quickly and arrived early. Arrived neatly and securely packaged, unboxing was easy. Set up alone in 3 minutes. The padded seat is very comfortable and overall the chair feels solid enough.

Don't do it! I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived because it's quite comfortable. It was tedious to assemble and after a few days I noticed that it was wobbly. Then the whole chair broke when I sat down, which was partly my fault knowing I had to re-tighten the screws. When I went to fasten everything I found that the bolts that attach the entire chair to the legs are so short that you can't grab anything. So now I spend my evening classes nailing the damn chair back to the base.

Was looking for a more comfortable chair for my upstairs office and all the wheeled lumbar supports were just too big. Then I saw it, I liked the size and quality of the lumbar support so I took a chance. Couldn't be happier. It's perfect for a small desk and is extremely easy to assemble. This chair is great! Exactly what I was looking for, but after a few days of editing (a few hours of reading in the chair) my tailbone is killing me just sitting in it for 20+ minutes. The chair cushion is missing a cushion. You can feel through the plastic as the memory foam pillow flattens instantly. Need a 2-3x pillow and something that won't go flat.
