NOT FOR SNOWBOARDING OR HEAVY OUTDOOR USE

Lightweight, breathable, good for hiking. Not suitable for snowboarding or for tough outdoor use where the bag drags across the ground. Basically it's just a backpack. The fabric is not a durable canvas. more polyester. Has no sleeve or straps for bladder tubing. Not suitable for snowboarding as the width is too wide to comfortably fit on the lift and there are no straps to limit the pack's width. Unfortunately I had to send it back for these reasons.

Totally worth the money

I bought this as a hybrid backpack that I could use for short hikes and travel but it wouldn't look as outdoor as I feel out of place myself would while walking. the town. In fact, it's so comfortable it's replaced my regular hiking backpack. It's compact but big enough to take everything I need for the day on a short walk. I just wish the waist straps were a bit wider or padded. The narrow straps tend to dig into my sides and a small pocket there can come in handy. Otherwise it's a great…

Good but not great: Hiking backpacks

Not a bad little backpack but 3 things stood out as problematic: 1.) The shoulder straps were digging into the armpit area. I'm not a tall guy (5ft - 10in 165). I find that the straps are a bit narrow, which makes it uncomfortable to wear, even for short periods of time. 2.) The back pad doesn't breathe at all and in moderate temperatures (75-80 degrees) my back got excessively hot compared to the rest of my body 3.) It's just too small to be really useful were a bit too small. Perhaps it would

Works for me! good for camping and hiking

This small backpack is perfect for everyday use and as my "personal item” when traveling. It has lots of nice features and none of my pet annoyances. The shoulder straps are thin and comfortable - I don't like too thick ones. I live in a dry area so I'm glad there aren't any pesky windshields to snag on zippers. The side water bottle pockets are actually deep enough to hold water bottles. There's a discreet, detachable waist belt for when I need to walk around airports. Adjustable chest strap…

I just got a new pack and it's not new (edited after getting a new pack)

I bought this pack as a gift for my wife. I was quite disappointed to find that it appeared to have been used by someone else and subsequently returned. My first clue was the two missing zippers in the main compartment. Upon opening this unzipped compartment I noticed a black thread embedded in the zip where the previous owner had clearly opened/closed the package with some of the original tags still attached and didn't bother to zip the thread out of the zip draw . At this point I was pretty…
