Great packaging but disappointing bite valve

I like this packaging. The Osprey Hydraulics LT reservoir was good, but the bite valve started leaking in the first week of use. I recommend, but the valve needs to be replaced.

The best backpack I have ever used

Ideal backpack for 2-5 hour hikes in the mountains. The hydration bladder holds plenty of water and the side pockets are perfect for a bottle or two snacks. The main compartment has enough space for a 4-person rain cover and an extra layer. All zippers and materials are premium and lightweight.

Great for day trips, best for outdoor activities

Bought this for my husband for day trips and he loves it. This is perfect for the day hikes we do (3-10 miles). The back support is excellent. The water in the hydrator stays cool all day because it sits in the back of the pack but is well insulated from body heat with the back support. Suitable for our lunches, snacks, extra layers, purses as well as a thin picnic blanket. I'm considering getting one :)

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • I have no major complaints about it, everything is fine

Great package! the best accessories

Today I took it for the first time! From the packaging itself, it feels strong and light. The zippers are heavier and everything looks great. The hydration system works well and is easy to fill. The bite valve works well and seems easy to clean. With storage, you could have enough room for a day hike and maybe even a few days depending on how much you're carrying. Some extra pockets helped with wallet, keys etc. The backpack was handy and after 2 hours we could wear it without any problems. The

Amazing 5 Day Travel Package

I use this bag for camping and general travel. I love it. This is the perfect size for 4-5 day trips. Fits under an airplane seat when fully packed with 2 water bottles and the included reservoir. I currently packed it for a 5 day hike with clothes, portable speaker, portable charger, sandals, toiletries, mini pelican case, sunglass case, phone charger, wallet, masks (for Covid) and other small items. The main compartment is very spacious and the top zip pocket made of anti-scratch material is…

Not what I ordered: hydration packs

My 3 star rating is due to not receiving the pack described in the Revain publication. When I first received my order the Osprey Skarab 22 was correct but the Hydraulics LT 2.5L chamber, hose and magnetic bite valve were not included. I contacted the seller who was very accommodating and communicated with me every step of the process and after several days of research on his part, he sent me the missing items. When I finally got my bladder, it didn't have a magnetic bite valve. There is a…

Great little day pack.

After looking at many different backpacks for day trips, I settled on this one. I used the Skarab 22 for 5 day hikes this summer and I love it! Lots of space and I usually never manage to fill it all. The side pockets are also very good and all my liter water bottles fit in perfectly. Overall, the backpack is comfortable and the material feels premium. For me, this bag is almost perfect. Issues/Complaints: - If you really like zip pockets/specific compartments then this bag is not for you…
