Osprey is a respected company. The products I have received from them are generally well designed and of good quality. This fanny pack is thicker than I expected and I'm not a fan of shiny vinyl material. However, the quality shows in its construction and fit. In the pictures it looks like nylon fabric but in real life it is not full glossy vinyl or at best vinyl coated fabric. It's bigger than I thought and not as flat.
