💥 Oster Ice Blade, Black - 4961-011: A Powerful and Efficient Kitchen Accessory for Smooth and Easy Ice Crushing Review

The knife I received appears to be an Osterizer product but it appears to be destined for the Mexican market. I have an old Osterizer Classic which has been a fantastic blender for a year, works well, is easy to use and has outlasted many more expensive blenders with many features I never use. After more than 10 years of use, the blade here is finally worn out. It fit perfectly, restored the blender to like new condition and arrived in a day. Couldn't ask for more.

I've been using this blade for about 2 weeks, it fits perfectly BUT this morning I decided to take a close look at where the blade attaches to the top of the fitting. I was just making a smoothie and noticed a black liquid under the base. I flushed the blade and checked the fitting carefully, this black greasy water was not only leaking from the bottom of the fitting but also from where the blade attaches to the top of the fitting meaning that this black Fat got into my smoothie! The old 16 speed Osterizer isn't boring anymore. The replacement fits perfectly, no leaks. The metal ice crushing blade (with 4 teeth) had the word "Easter" engraved on the metal base with different wording. So I hope this is an OEM replacement and not a fake. Only time will tell use. I haven't used it regularly so I can't comment on durability. However, I'm glad I can continue to use the GLASS jug/jug instead of the plastic/Tritan jug as they are potentially hazardous to my health. I hope this
