OTC 3990 Hybrid and EV, DDM with isolation tester not available in Europe but arrived 4 days after ordering on Revain.com. Works as it should with a pocket to put in after use. Overall great service, no cons!

Very good tool, would give 5 stars. I removed 1 star because the temporary "prefix" is open circuited. You have to constantly move around the connector for it to make a connection and apparently OTC doesn't sell this part separately. When I got it to work, I turned my AC up to 74 degrees and the meter read 74 degrees.

As a maintenance technician at a gold mine, you need to take many current and temperature measurements to facilitate repairs/diagnostics. This multimeter does everything I need at work and at home when I'm fixing an engine. I would recommend this to anyone who needs accurate readings to get the job done. My only regret is that I didn't purchase this tool sooner.

Not Impressed. I had to go back. Core features like DC Voltage and Continuity, which are actually the most commonly used, weren't very cool. The DC voltage, especially in Auto Range, was faulty. Continuity with sound really sucks. My rehearsal could do that better. This might be fine for hybrid functions, but not for basic stuff. Although the performance looked very professional. I was impressed about that
