Quality Neoprene Medium Ankle 🩹 Support Brace - Suitable for OTC Use Review

I measured my ankle, ordered medium, got medium, too big. Can't be sure of the right size? You won't get my business anymore. returned

Don't get me wrong I'm sure there are people out there who use this ankle brace but I really needed something very strong and it didn't help my ankles.

I measured my ankle and bought the correct size according to the size chart and the ankle brace was too big for my ankle. Unfortunately, the item is non-refundable.

ordered one which was supposed to be medium for ankles less than 8 inches, the one sent was so big it was loose on my son who has ankles of about 11 inches. I think I'm stuck with this. It's going to cost me a lot of gas to drive to the UPS store to return it. Just throw it in the trash, I can't use it.

Size chart says small for 6.75" - 7.75". My ankle with current swelling is 8.5 inches. My ankle is swimming in this thing. He is too big. Unfortunately, due to the small size, I cannot order a smaller size. I contacted the manufacturer before writing the review to give them a chance to get it right and they scammed me. Either scale down or two when ordering, or just don't buy until the manufacturer fixes the problem.
