When I tried this product, it worked for a few weeks before completely failing. Not worth the money for the short-lived use..

As a result of using these CAR USB cables, i found that charging my phone has never been easier in the car... The OtterBox Car Charger USB Cables are durable, reliable and make sure my phone stays charged throughout my long commutes. Their tangle-free design ensures that the cables don't become a distraction while driving. The only downside is that they are a bit on the expensive side compared to other brands but the quality and durability make it worth it..

The first one was completely ready to go. The replacement works like a charm. I was disappointed with OB's quality control.
