I like - leave it.

Because I kept breaking the top plastic lip that holds the phone in the clip I stopped buying them. It didn't help that the plastic edges rested against my side and nipped in far enough that when I walked through a tight space in my usual "bull in a china shop" style, I kept bumping into objects around me. If I wore it on the right side I would have trouble buckling up in the car. If I wore it on the left side, it would hang on the edge of the car seat when I got in. My husband likes it very…

This product only lasts about 6 months, then the clip holding the case breaks and the item is completely unusable.

Good concept but the product is not very good in normal use. Works well when it works, but only lasts about 6 months, after which the plastic clip holding the Otter case breaks. Once this happens, the product becomes garbage. This is my 3rd so I know. Otter has a guarantee of sorts where you have to pay money to ship it back and then wait for a decision, but if you need a phone for work you can't wait on their nonsense. Otter needs to make a better product, or hopefully another manufacturer…

Same problem with current holster design

The main problem is that the clip that holds the phone in the holster is after about 6 months of daily use breaks. This is my third holster in just over a year. This was a problem as they changed the design they used on the 4s. This design used a sturdy bottom rail that allowed you to slide the phone into a corner and get a comfortable, positive phone position that took a lot of strain off the clamp. Defective or previously broken

I purchased this over 2 years ago after losing the original holster clip that came with my bag. I used this clip as extra screen protection when carrying my phone in my pocket. I've never cut it on anything. Less than a year later, the latch that unlocks the phone broke.
