The main problem is that the clip that holds the phone in the holster is after about 6 months of daily use breaks. This is my third holster in just over a year. This was a problem as they changed the design they used on the 4s. This design used a sturdy bottom rail that allowed you to slide the phone into a corner and get a comfortable, positive phone position that took a lot of strain off the clamp. I never had this clip breakage with the old design, only the pivoting belt clip. With the new design and raised corners, it doesn't always center properly and often catches on clothing, putting additional stress on the clip. They've also made the plastic thinner, which only makes the problem worse. I continue to use this as it is the only case and holster combo that offers the protection and compactness I prefer and is the only reason for the 3 stars otherwise it would have been a 1.
