Great lighting for my sewing machine. However, the bracket does not fit on the back of the machine. I would prefer if it could be permanently attached. Use it every time I sew.

The price is disappointing. The outlet that the light and magnifying glass are plugged into is loose so the light sometimes goes out. The hand doesn't always stay where I put it.

Bought this from Revain after returning what I bought from Joann Fabrics. This one had a loose light/magnifying glass mount. Unfortunately, the free landing was not a one-time problem. The second is also free. The light itself is good but I have to be careful not to press it or the light will go out. Great idea because you can put it almost anywhere.

I managed to break the trifocal computer glasses and needed magnification for my diamond painting projects. I chose OttLite because it can be connected to a sewing machine and is compact and portable.

I like this light but I don't like it. Originally ordered blue but the switch didn't work properly. The light wouldn't come on without holding the switch down. Since there were no more blue ones, I ordered these. Judging by the packaging, I suspect I stumbled upon a restored model. This one works but I feel like it's not as well made as the first where the curved neck meets the base, it doesn't feel as bright. After asking questions I felt confident to order this product. I also saw this in the store (at a higher price). I didn't want to bend over the sewing machine because of the deterioration in my eyesight. The magnification head is a 2-7/8" circle with about an inch of the "sweet spot" at higher magnification.
