Not worth the investment

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice I can safely say this product is not worth the investment. While it claims to be static-resistant, I found IT actually made my hair frizzier .The design also felt flimsy and cheap. The only positive was the sleek look, but that's not enough to make up for its shortcomings. Save your money and invest in a better styling tool..

Disappointing Hair Care Tool

Using this carbon static resistant HAIR tool, our team found that it did not meet our expectations .although the design was sleek and easy to grip, the overall performance was subpar. The one positive aspect was that it did not produce any static. However, it took too long to style even the simplest of hairstyles and was not worth the price tag. We were disappointed with this beauty tool and would not recommend it to others..

It's not carbon, it's cheap plastic.

The day I received this it fell on the carpet and one of the prongs broke. It's not carbon fiber, just low-grade plastic. I called customer service and they refunded my money. I don't know how to choose the fraction of a star to rate this, that's the reason for one star, otherwise I would rate it 1/8 star.
