Cool, a little fancy, holds a decent amount of noodles. Assembly and disassembly is quick, noodles don't stick to your hands. Get a small rubber band to hold everything together when storing.

The plastic tabs holding the temples started to break after two uses. We have cleaned it carefully - only a light rinse is required; and we stored it neatly folded in a plastic bag. It's just a cheap plastic part that breaks easily. I'm looking for a replacement.

This is a homemade pasta drying rack but I use it to arrange pasta during cooking so it doesn't become a mess. When I'm done, I transfer it to a pot of simmering water and tip the noodles off the shelf into the water. It folds up nicely to fit in a storage box.

Awesome Pasta Dryer. 10 hands are placed approximately 11 inches from the rack. The entire system folds down to a compact size for storage. Cleaning was easy, just wipe the unit with a dry cloth. If I cooked large batches of pasta on a regular basis, I'd bet I'd buy another one.

This is a good pasta dryer but it's made out of very cheap plastic and also the lack of weight at the bottom makes it difficult to set up the pasta without it tending to tip over. I would only recommend it to regular pasta makers like me, but if you cook pasta often please invest in a better one as I don't expect it to hold up with constant use.

I've been making fresh pasta fairly regularly for over 40 years and finally had to give up my wooden stand (probably around 25 years old). Thought I'd try a different type of shelving since I have a small kitchen and not much storage space which is perfect. You can set it up in seconds, it's very durable and can hold spaghetti or long noodles as well as lasagne sheets. It is easy to wash and just let it dry for a while and then put it away.

This was my first attempt at DIY pasta. I need to watch some YouTube videos. But for the first time I think I did well. All in all, I made enough to feed six people. This dryer was very helpful. Instead of scattering noodles all over the kitchen to dry, I just tossed the noodles on the counter as she got out of the car. That was faster too. When you're done, it folds up nicely and neatly and is very easy to store. Good buy. Five stars.

Within a minute of unboxing one of the levers broke where it connected to the base. I fixed it with glue but was disappointed by its fragility. We compared it to a wooden pasta stand and the wooden one was significantly better. This one is plastic which was our original reason to buy it as we thought it would get better cleaned but it was really brittle.
