Bought 3 of these and none worked. 1 arrived rusted, the 2nd leg fell off when we tried to install it and the 3rd didn't twist. Everything seemed quite wobbly and wouldn't hold up in the slightest wind. I was very disappointed as the reviews said they are great and very stable. I really wanted them to work but it was kind of a disaster and I returned them all.

Bought 4 pieces. One of the bifurcated sockets was inadequately welded and after being driven into the ground with a rubber mallet and a rod inserted into it, the rod tipped over and the socket snapped in half. One of the posts bent in the middle after I hung the LED lights which look exactly like the photos. Then there was trouble fitting the screw holes on the other, so I returned all four.

Great product, just like in the description. My delivery was short/missing the top hook holding the light/cable. I emailed the supplier asking for replacement parts ASAP as we were having a big party. Response was immediate, I received the missing Fedex part just a few days after that simple message. Will definitely buy again and recommend this support and rack supplier.

The poles are nice and tall, easy to assemble, but too weak when all the segments are connected. The pole bowed and buckled significantly under the weight of my street strings (Hampton Bay LED strings for outdoor Edison lighting) running from the house to the pole. It's clear they're hollow, but the material is flimsy, so they don't feel solid, let alone look solid. They may be suitable for very small garlands such as Christmas garlands but I ended up returning the 3 I ordered.

I had a bunch of garlands that were too long and drooping. I got this support to get through the middle of a 30ft run. The headlights I have aren't really heavy and it helped to hold them up.
