I bought two mats: black 3x4 and blue 3x5. They lie flat almost instantly and perfectly clean water and more. They stick to a hard floor as long as the surface is clean first. If there is dirt or dust on the floor before the carpet is installed, it can be slippery, mostly with common sense.

I've been buying these rugs for years because I have pets! They are so easy to clean, if something gets stuck inside or worse they defecate on them, just take them outside, throw some detergent on them from the hose. They do not stain wooden floors. Are they trendy? No! Are they doing a great job? Yes!

Back described as non-slip. I bought it to help my disabled son get up. He needs something to keep his feet from slipping. Long story short, the non-slip mat slipped right under him and he fell, hitting his head on the bed frame. I would give a negative star if that was an option.
