Slick and simple collaborative writing app

It's easy to use, it has all of your tools in one place (revisions included), you can get feedback from other people working with me at any time - great for revision! I dislike that there isn't an option available if we're collaborating via email or chat/IM rather than using our actual accounts which would allow us more control over who sees what information when etc., but this may be something specific only affecting my account as opposed others' experience?
