The product worked as intended on the first try

The memory worked as I needed to increase the memory of the old system so that the laptop could be used for online learning modules for children.

My Mac died before I got it

I bought this memory to upgrade my old Mac and use it for basic internet access: email, search and simple gaming. Between my order and their arrival, this old Mac stopped working. Even the genius bar gurus couldn't revive him. Simply return unused items. Having not installed or used it I cannot estimate the installation or cost although it was reasonably priced at the time of ordering.

Storage arrived on time, as advertised and worked as expected. Just a few minutes and the memory was updated and the computer got a little faster.
