Very nice. I use them on my smoke-free Philips grill. Will not scratch the surface of the grill. This is exactly what I needed after I damaged my replacement grill surface and had to buy a new one. Works great.

This brush has good stiff bristles. I don't have a panini, but I use this brush on my cast iron pans for all but the most stubborn (burnt) cleans. I still rely on steel sponges and hot water for this. The short handle keeps all the pressure where it needs to be. I doubt these bristles will deform much from being tossed willy-nilly in a sink, but I put them away bristles up or down to ensure the stiffness is maintained over time (it did said that?). I'll give it a 4 for using it on a real cast iron griddle. This brush does a valiant job, working hard to remove burnt bits and beans stuck to the pan. Since this brush is really made for non-stick pans, the bristles are not too hard and are "wiry" enough to get the job done perfectly. five stars. I suspect this is a tool that needs to be changed regularly, just like dobbys or sponges as the bristles are already softening.
